Here are some ideas to prepare desserts with coffee

Condensed milk, chocolate, and coffee brownie:

Ingredients

  • 100 ml of coffee.
  • 200 gr of condensed milk.
  • 250 gr of dark chocolate for desserts.
  • 150 gr of butter.
  • 4 medium eggs.
  • 125 gr of flour.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 150 °C.
  • Butter the mold and sprinkle it with flour.
  • Add the coffee, condensed milk, and eggs.
  • Beat all the ingredients well, and add the sifted flour.
  • Beat the mixture again.
  • Pour the mixture into a mold.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, and then remove the pan from the oven.
  • Let it cool.

Coffee mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of soluble coffee.
  • 3 egg yolks.
  • 4 tablespoons of water.
  • Coverage of dark chocolate.
  • 3 spoonfuls of sugar.
  • 175 ml of liquid cream.
  • White chocolate cover.
  • Mint leaves.

Preparation

  • Boil water and sugar in a pot.
  • Add soluble coffee, and stir until the sugar and coffee dissolve.
  • Let the liquid boil for 3 minutes.
  • Beat the egg yolks and add the previous liquid without stopping beating.
  • Beat constantly until the mixture is thick and fluffy at the same time.
  • Separately, mix the egg yolks and the cold cream.
  • Pour into two glasses and place in the refrigerator.
  • Grate the chocolate over the mousse and garnish with mint leaves.
