This coffee has notes of, Chocolate fragrance, Caramel Aroma, Citric Acidity, Panela Sweetness. Finca la Pradera, owned by an enterprising woman in her 80s, Rubby Marín, a descendant of coffee-growing families, who was married for many years to a Colombian army hero with whom she raised a home, an example of work and service to the community. Located in Salento, Quindío, in the heart of Colombia, La Pradera is surrounded by winding rivers, green bamboo, banana crops, snow-capped mountains and volcanoes. The La Pradera Farm has the essential characteristics that contribute to the unique flavor of Rubby’s coffee. Characterized by its delicious aroma of caramel, accompanied by fruity fragrances with touches of panela and cinnamon, which make this a unique, world class coffee.
