Edinson Argote uses techniques like yeast inoculation and soil care to produce award-winning specialty coffee. His SL28 lot undergoes careful cherry selection and double fermentation, resulting in an exceptional cup. This is our third lot from Edinson, following a sold-out Sidra, and it continues to impress with its unique flavors.
