We built this blend for the season—rich, festive, and meant to be shared. We're combining two Colombian coffees that complement each other perfectly: Edinson Argote's cherry co-fermented SL-28 from La Quebradita in Huila, and a classic washed Castillo from Bruselas. The result? A cup that tastes like the holidays should.

The cherry co-ferment brings bright, jammy cherry pie notes while the washed Castillo adds creamy chocolate and sweet sugar cookie vibes. It's cozy, it's indulgent, and it works just as well in your morning pour over as it does pulling shots for that family gathering espresso bar you're running out of your kitchen.

This is a seasonal drop, so once it's gone, it's gone until next year.
