Finca El Manzano is located in the mountains of the Colombian Andes within the municipality of Genova, Quindío at 1900 meters above sea level. A region that is characterized by the production of high-quality coffee with large fruits and rich flavors of caramel, chocolate and a delicate finish. This coffee is crafted by expert hand of the coffee farmer Didier Burgos since 2008, after reclaiming these lands with a history of resilience, Didier has dedicated his life to growing exceptional coffee with a deep commitment to sustainability and community well-being.

All the coffee beans from this farm are harvested and picked manually, selecting only ripe cherries, followed by a meticulous washing and fermentation process that guarantees an exquisite and unique flavor profile. Each cup of coffee is a tribute to tradition, quality and the collective effort of a community that is committed to a more prosperous and sustainable future.
