Our natural processing method is Crafted by Specialty Coffee Barn with excellence and passion. Each cherry is meticulously handpicked at peak ripeness and sun dried with the fruit still intact, allowing the beans to absorb the rich, fruity sugars. This results in a coffee with bright notes of passion fruit, peach and tropical fruits, followed by a delightful hint of chocolate and a delicate floral undertone. The balanced acidity complements its full, smooth body, creating a harmonious and satisfying experience.
