HEILE GEBRE - ETHIOPIA

This is Guji coffee at its finest. Founded by Haile Gebre in 2001, Shakisso is a 640-hectare semi-forest farm that literally helped put this region on the specialty map. Haile works with 320 neighboring smallholders, and everything gets processed at his washing and drying stations with serious attention to quality.

What you're tasting? Delicate florals, juicy blueberry, and smooth vanilla that makes this coffee as drinkable black as it is with milk. It's clean, it's bright, and it's the kind of Ethiopian coffee that reminds you why this origin is legendary.
