From the slopes of Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta comes this exceptional Java natural nano lot, crafted by Iliana Delgado and Diana Gomez at Finca Puerto Rico. With only 20 pounds available, this is one of our most limited offerings. Java, a relatively new variety in Colombia with Ethiopian origins, produces elongated beans with delicate floral and aromatic qualities that translate into an elegant cup.

Grown at 1,400–1,650 meters where constant cloud cover and high biodiversity create ideal growing conditions, this coffee undergoes an extended natural process: 93 hours of fermentation in closed tanks with airlock systems, followed by 27 days of sun drying on African beds and 26 days of rest to stabilize the beans. The meticulous four-month harvest ensures only perfectly ripe cherries make it into each lot.

The result is a smooth, approachable coffee with gentle sweetness and nutty complexity. Pine nuts and Nutella notes create a comforting cup with low acidity and silky body, perfect for those who appreciate coffee that's rich without being overwhelming.
