From Genova, Quindío, this is Juan Manuel Morales' Caturra processed as a natural, and it's a completely different coffee from the Oxihoney lot we've carried from the same farm. Drying the cherry whole pushes the fruit forward and amplifies sweetness while keeping the clean structure Caturra is known for.

Lemon meringue up front, black honey through the middle, tangerine on the finish. Bright and sticky sweet at the same time, with enough clarity to keep it from feeling heavy. Excellent as a pour over, and it holds up well as a lighter espresso if you want fruit in the cup.

Quindío sits in the heart of Colombia's coffee axis, a region we've sourced from for years and keep coming back to for exactly this kind of quality.
